A group under the auspices of Concerned APC Youth Forum in Kaduna Central Senatorial Zone has indicted the Chairman of the All Progressive Congress, (APC), Kaduna State chapter, Air Cdre Emmanuel Jekada for openly throwing his weight behind the candidature of the political adviser to the governor of Kaduna State, Uba Sani.
” Our attention has been drawn to what could be best described as a political immaturity displayed by the leadership of our party in kaduna to have accompanied one of the senatorial aspirants to purchased his form in Abuja”, the group said.
The group expressed its anger in a statement jointly signed by the Chairman and secretary of the group, Comrade Ibrahim Yahaya, Bulus Yunusa respectively, and obtained by our reporter in Kaduna on Friday evening.
The group wondered why a man of Jekada standard can turned to a mole who can be used to destabilised the APC in Kaduna State.
“The action of the chairman is capable of creating more problems for the party to loose election come 2019.
“We have understood that chairman and his executive members are not committed party members, but set of individuals who can sacrifice the APC to retain their seat at all cost.
“We believed that Nigerians both home and abroad are watching the activities of the chairman and his cohorts”, the group added.
“We therefore call on the National APC Secretariat to investigate the allegations and apply party rules to any erring party man whatever his or her position in the party”, they concluded.
