You may all agree with me that the office of the secretary is very strategic, sensitive and remains the life wire and engine room of every organization and such office needs a dynamic, competent, committed, determined man whom has been ideologically schooled and toughened from the theatre of experience coupled with 24 carat of Bolshevism with all the substance and slogans.
The only man that fits into the above description, armed with the practical knowledge to make an uncommon achievement for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) as Secretary and with readiness to bring in fresh vigour and the needed momentum for efficiency in the PDP Secretariat is not any other man than ABUBAKAR MUSTAPHA, MFR mni.
The office of the secretary which ABUBAKAR MUSTAPHA, MFR mni is vying for is all about administration which Marx rightly defined to be “determined action taken in pursuit of a conscious purpose; it is the systematic ordering of affairs and the calculated use of resources aimed at making those things happen which one wants to happen”. In view of the above, it will be conclusively said that the ASPIRANT; Abubakar Mustapha whom has been through the furnace of administration and certified competent both in practice and theory which clearly reflects in his biographical sketch and enviable resume is the best CANDIDATE for the position of SECRETARY of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the forth coming national elective convention.
